使用說明

Method 1 (real-name registration in Hong Kong):

1. Scan the QR code on the package or visit https://roaming.happytelecom.com.hk/rnr for real-name registration before departure (**Do not insert the SIM card**)

2. After arriving at the destination, insert the SIM card

3. Turn on "Data Roaming"

4. Restart your mobile phone

5. Just connect to the Internet. Most mobile phones will automatically capture the APN.

6. If you are unable to access the Internet successfully, select "mobile.power3g" as the APN.

Method 2 (real-name registration in Taiwan):

1. After arriving at the destination, insert the SIM card

2. Connect to Wi-Fi, scan the QR code on the package or visit https://roaming.happytelecom.com.hk/rnr for real-name registration

3. Turn on "Data Roaming"

4. Restart your mobile phone

5. Just connect to the Internet. Most mobile phones will automatically capture the APN.

6. If you are unable to access the Internet successfully, select "mobile.power3g" as the APN.

Tips:

1. If you are an iOS user, please check if there are other profiles installed in the settings. If so, please delete them before using this card. If it is not deleted, it will only show 3G and unable to connect to the Internet.

2. For some Xiaomi or HTC phones, you need to manually set the APN. Please refer to the instructions in the package.

Things to know:

1. Hotspot sharing will occupy bandwidth, and the network speed will vary depending on the terminal device and geographical location, so the minimum network speed is not guaranteed.

2. According to the principle of fair use of the Internet, telecommunications companies may, at their discretion, restrict the traffic of users who use a large amount of data traffic in a short period of time. It is recommended that users avoid watching videos or updating the system for a long time.

3. Please do not insert the SIM card before arriving at the destination otherwise the customer will be responsible for the risk that the SIM card may not provide the expected or normal service.

注意事項

Hong Kong Local Delivery: By Hong Kong Post Local Mail (FREE), the estimated delivery will be within 2-5 working days. By SF Express (courier fee payable on delivery), the estimated delivery will be within 1-3 working days.
Please activate the SIM Card before expiry.
SIM card will be activated once you insert the card into your mobile device and counted as the starting date of use. It's counted as one day whenever the card is activated before 23:59 HKT.
The SIM card will choose network automatically. Please do not choose other network providers, which may incur extra cost or malfunction for the card.
The quality of signal is affected by different environments. The speed of the network will be affected by factors such as terrain, climate, building obscuration and concurrent usage by number of people.
