After purchase, the order cannot be modified, cancelled or refunded.
If there is a problem with the data SIM, please contact us by email at [email protected] within 5 working days following your purchase. After confirmation by HyperAir customer service, you can arrange for a refund or replacement. The customer must keep the data card with the original package and send it back to us. After receiving the defective data card, a refund or replacement will be arranged.
We are unable to provide refund or replacement for the following cases: i) the product has been used or pre-activated; ii) the product has expired; iii) the customer's mobile phone setting is incorrect or the device has a problem; iv) the mobile phone model does not support the data card.
Our company is not a network service provider. We try our best to provide our customers with the assistance of the related products. Regarding the impact of the trip or additional costs, the company will not assume any legal responsibility or recover any losses.
In case of any dispute due to refund or return, the company reserves the final decision.
