It was a very good experience for me. Aside from sight-seeing the famous attractions of Hanoi, Vietnam, I also learned some of the history behind those attractions. 😺😺

4 hours pop on and drop off service gave a quick scan for the city. It takes around an hour for the whole journey. Quite convenient.

Exploring the city via the hop-on-hop-off bus was great. It's a self-guided way to hit all the main spots, like the pagoda or the museums, and you can easily step on and off to explore more. Highly recommended for a flexible city adventure!

We had a great time go around to learn more about the city. Audio is clear, staffs are friendly, comfortable seats. Nice experience in holiday

Easy to find the ticket station and redeem the vouchers. The bus ride was very nice as well. The only confusing part is that there are 2 different companies who do the bus tour. So its best to ask what company and which color coding in the time schedule is yours.

We toured on Dec 31, 2022, with nice cool weather. Bus was clean and looks new. It was a great way to see the city if you have limited time. We took the 4-hour valid ticket but only spent an hour because we didn't hop on and off. We just enjoyed the ride until it circled back to where we started. Earphones were provided so you can listen to the recorded tour guide in your preferred language.

Not so great, we got to see only 50% of places what they mentioned. it would be nice if someone keep the tourist updated about attraction points while touring

The city sightseeing bus provides a convenient way to explore the various attractions of Hanoi. It goes to most of the major attractions however the bus does not seems to stop at every bus stop and there is no announcement or information show on the bus TV to show which bus stop the bus is heading to. You have to inform a staff on the bus which stop you wish to alight and he will tell the driver to stop. Do note that there is no ticket office. The ticket redemption is at the bus in front of the Hanoi Opera House. KKday apps plot a wrong location indicating that the ticket office is at the back of the Opera House that made us walk all the way to back. I have to go to a shop to ask someone before I realise that the ticket redemption is at the bus stop. There is no ticket office.

Arrived an hour ahead of our scheduled trip but were accommodated and just waited for the next bus to be available. It was a Sunday and there were parts of Hanoi that were closed to traffic so the bus skipped the first few supposed stops. They hand you a map and earbuds if you wanna listen to the recorded guide. You tell the guide were you wanna alight and just wait for the next bus to pick you up at designated stops. Be sure to check the operating hours of the places you wanna visit as most of them go on a lunch break. Only thing I didn't like was that on our last stop, the bus drove past us so we were supposed to wait for 30 minutes for the next bus, with our 4 hour limit expiring soon. Decided to take a Grab back to Hoan Kiem instead.
