Simple and easy to use. Turn on device, ensure phone’s wifi is turned on, enter device login and password and you’re good to go. Carry extra battery pack as device will last 8-9 hours without recharge (could be less depending on usage). Can be improved further though: upgrade process to include feature to scan device login and password so no need to type in the info.

Easy to book thru the app. The pick up booth is easy to locate in the airport. The internet speed is reliable but there are times it slows down in certain areas.
