It was fun choosing different outfits! There were lots of varieties to choose from. The location of the store was accessible.

There were lots of varieties to choose from! The girls’ dresses were really adorable. I hope you can provide better socks as the quality is kind of thin. Some of the shoes’ soles were also torn apart already. It would be nice to have new ones.

The lady who took care of me was cheerful, friendly, and very helpful. I had picked out three photos of outfits I was interested in beforehand, and she showed them to me, and she recommended the one that would suit me, so I quickly decided. The hair styling was quick, and there were a variety of hair accessories, including hairpins. It was daytime at the end of November, but it was warm enough that I didn't need fur. There are many stairs and uneven roads in the city, so I brought wedge pumps instead of high heels. It was good to avoid the crowds in the city center and take photos on the outer road or outside the temple.

It was cold and rainy so I couldn't do much sightseeing, but I was glad to be able to wear cute Chinese clothes. I'll definitely try it again on a nice day.

It was easy to find and return the car as it was located right after getting off at the Jiufen Old Street bus stop. The owner was very kind and did a nice job of styling my hair.

CHIPAO was located right at the entrance to Jiufen and was easy to find. They had Chinese clothes, shoes, fluffy outerwear, bags, hair accessories, and a few makeup tools, all of which were available for rental. They made me look cute! I was thinking of wearing black Chinese clothes, but there were only 1-2 items, so you shouldn't necessarily expect them to have the color or design you want! I think it's better to finish your makeup naturally and then have the color done at CHIPAO so that it doesn't clash with your Chinese clothes... The shoes are all different sizes and are a quick decision, so it's all down to luck... Men's shoes are also available in achromatic colors such as black and gray, so it's easy to choose! Men's shoes can be rented like slip-ons! There is a simple fitting room, so you can change without worry! You can leave your luggage there. We brought valuables such as wallets and cell phones, as well as passports and Wi-Fi just in case. The CHIPAO staff were smiling and helpful the whole time! They also speak a little Japanese.
