Tour guide Victor 李 is a cheerful and helpful tour guide. He drove us around and ensure a smooth transport from one venue to another. We covered a lot of Tainan within a day. Highly recommend for people who want to explore the city in a single day. Tainan public transport is quite difficult to get especially there is very limited taxis or Uber on the ground.

Driver/guide, Jeff, picked us up promptly from the hotel. Before the tour, we have already communicated via watsapp. Jeff gave us a lot of impt pts to note for the tour. We went to the QiGu salt mountain. That's a little disappointing I must say. The An Ping old town was fun. Lots of food to try n shops to explore. We spent a little over 2hrs here. Jeff did not rush us or set us a time. He just said to contacted him once we are done. Which was great! At the end, he dropped us back to the hotel.

Ms. Chen was an excellent driver and guide. She knew the Tainan area really well so when we added suggested stops, she could tell us the best order and approx time to spend at each stop and what the kids would like better. We asked for an extra stop into Tainan county (for a fee) which she gladly helped us plan out. She was flexible and well versed in the different areas. It made all the difference because we only had one 8 hour day to tour Tainan. Highly recommend!!

Our driver Mr Roger Li was very friendly and shared with us useful tips on our itinerary. We had shared our planned itinerary with him and he shared from his experience that it may not take up the 8h duration and took the initiative to recommend another stop which we could add into the itinerary which was the black faced spoonbill reserve. We really enjoyed our time at this stop which was a very scenic and nice place where we learnt a lot about the endangered black faced spoonbill and conservation efforts and had the chance to spot many of them! Mr Li also recommended a good lunch place and we really enjoyed the food :) We managed to watch the beautiful sunset at Jingzaijiao Wapan Salt Fields and also had opportunities to take more photos in the Beimen district with Mr Li's good planning of the time to spend at each location. Thanks Mr Li!

The agency was extremely helpful with the planning and explanation of the trip. We had a specific route we wanted to visit and they were able to arrange it exactly to our request. Our driver and guide, Roger, was amazing and so knowledgeable. We had several impromptu requests and he was able to recommend several good places to visit and eat. He went beyond and even recommended things to do since we had extra time left and no idea what to do. Overall great experience!

A nice trip to Tainan from Kaohsiung. Although it was a rainy day, we had a wonderful tour and tasted the delicious local food. The driver is nice and helpful. Highly recommended for family with young children.

My driver Erin (小禎) recommend me to the local delights whereby I didn't really do my homework on. She also informed me that one of the location I would like to go is closed hence she brought me to other locations. She did not rush me on each location and give me ample time to take photos. This tour is great as you can customised on what you wanted and they will let you know on how the route should be. I do recommend this for tour. Thank you.

My driver of the day was Amu. We booked only three places and completed two hours earlier. He took us to another attraction for free. As a result, he had no extra charge for 20 minutes, and he was very honest.
