love it, the massage can be harder but good enough!

I enjoyed the facial and body massage. It helped with my body aches from traveling!

My daughter and I enjoyed our experience at HERA. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Although the majority of the staff did not speak English there were no difficulties in receiving any of the treatments. We had not experienced a Korean spa before and would gladly do it again.

This experience was truly incredible, and is a must do if you’re traveling and looking for a Korean spa experience! ! I purchased one of the larger experiences and added on skin tightening/lifting— and let me tell you it was absolutely worth it! I loved immersing myself in the culture starting with a mugwort steam (for my lady parts- very different but very helpful), then had an incredible full body massage (not the kind in the US where they only have time to work on part of your body— she massaged my whole body face and head included and it felt incredible), towards the end of the massage was the fascial and it was lovely. The owner is extremely sweet and helpful.

The therapists were professional and caring to make sure we were comfortable. Even though they could not speak fluent English, the sincerity could be felt. Warm drinks and toilet are provided before your session, I personally felt the facial and skincare session was useful, my skin was glowing after! ☺️

The staff were friendly and personable, like they truly cared about us and our comfort. The mugwort steam was surprising and has left us with a wonderful forever memory. The facial was thorough with a relaxing face, scalp, shoulder, and foot massage. It was definitely worth the price on kkday. The only issue (not really) is that I booked for 3 treatments at a time, and one person arrived late. They told us the two that arrived on time had to wait for the 3rd person before starting, so this cut out about 15 minutes of treatment time from the 2 of us. They strongly tried to upsell and I ended up purchasing an anti-aging extra treatment (that ended up taking time away from the original treatment although I paid for both). I declined the eyebrow tattoo although they pushed this heavily on all 3 of us and basically said that we all have terrible eyebrows.

This place doesn’t have the fancy atmosphere of some other spas (I got a facial a few days earlier at a fancy place) it does a great job. Got a really nice full body massage, facial package. The price was a very good value for what I got.

We were late and they were very accommodating. The staff was super friendly and very kind to us. Some of it was a new experience and very worthwhile. I would certainly go again!
