Driver that was assigned to us was knowledgeable and also accommodating. As we were able to communicate seamlessly in mandarin, thus everything was able to be kept within out schedule. The driver even gave us some background info at each of the places we visit, like what a tour guide might do as well. This also make the whole journey informative for us as we take in the sight n sound of these places of interest. At the end of the day, his performance was beyond what you would expect from a private hor vehicle. Both my children n my other half truly enjoyed the outing with him behind the wheels and would definitely recommend him if anyone needs a driver in Seoul .

Jenny was our professional and friendly guide and there was a driver. She took good care of the teens and elderly. She explained in details and acted as our photographer too! Worth every cent especially if you are travelling with children and elderly, as it would be more leisurely in a comfortable big van.

We stayed in Seoul-4 days, Busan-3 and Jeju-3. We have booked the private day tour just one day before and processed next day. Family of 4 adults and two children’s. Jenny was great English speaking guide + driver. She helped us to take photos, explained about places and well guided to buy tickets in the attractions. We have covered all the important places in one day. Two days of stay in busan is must to cover all places. Greatly recommend this private tour if more than 5 family members to have customized and enjoyable trip.

Our driver was DJ who spoke excellent english. My family & I thoroughly enjoyed his service. It was a rainy day & DJ made sure we were well taken care of. Provided is with umbrellas & made sure he dropped us as close to the locations as possible, to avoid us getting too wet. His explanation of each place was interesting & educational. The trip was never dull as he engaged us in friendly banter (which we liked) & helping us understand more about the places we went as well as Korea in general. He also introduced us to a lovely shop for lunch which we definitely would not have gone to had we travelled on our own. Very authentic Korean food. Couldn't get enough of it. :) He even did extra by finding us places to have dinner, even after the trip had ended. All in all, it was enjoyable despite the weather not co-operating (and that's a strong testimony to the great service provided).

it's very convenient when travelling with elderly family members. mr. byun was helpful and patient with us and also very knowledgable as a tour guide. we enjoyed our private tour with him.
