The driver is cute and polite. You can organize your own travel plans. Can be adjusted as needed and the driver gives good advice. It's like a good guide. Very good, next time will definitely use the service again.

Booked 2 day trips with this company for my family of 10 and it was the best decision ever. One day to Kyoto and another day to Kobe. We were assigned the same driver, Mr Jiang, for both days. He was very professional and knowledgeable about Japan. Along the way, he shared the history about key places we were visiting like a guide and he even suggested places we can go when we weren't sure what to do. Highly recommend to book with this company if you are travelling in a big group.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time visiting Kyoto for the first time. Our driver Nei was patient and drove us to the places we wanted to see. My elderly parents were with us and having this private tour was a great decision. Will recommend to family and friends

Our driver, Mr. Wu, was excellent. He was helpful, polite, punctual and efficient. He helped us modify our itinerary to ensure that we hit all the sites we wanted to see. He was also very kind to the seniors in our group, and made sure they were comfortable and able to rest in between. I definitely highly recommend him and this service.
