The play area isn't large, but it's very clean. It's not crowded on weekdays. The toy and makeup area doesn't have any makeup toys. The food quality is okay, and the portions are generous.

It was my first time to go to a parent-child restaurant. I arrived at 11:30, so there were fewer people. The place was not big, but there was a ball pool, slide, sand pool, and car pool. The food quality was OK. The children's meal had jelly and ball soda that the children liked, but the portion was a little small, but the taste was OK. There were more people in the afternoon, so there were more playmates, and mom could chat and relax.

On that day, a child from the same restaurant vomited in the ball pool, and the staff didn't notice. As a result, many children (including us) were half covered in other people's vomit! It was extremely disgusting. Afterwards, we had to go to the bathroom to clean up, but even after wiping, half of our clothes were still stained. The restaurant did not do anything to remedy the situation, and the child left with the vomit on his clothes. This incident is outrageous. I will definitely not go there again!

I booked a petting class at 15:30, and I arrived at 15:30 on time. After showing the QR code, the staff took us (1 adult and 1 child) to the restaurant, and then left a QR code for the order. I looked around and didn't see any signs of the interest class, so I thought it hadn't started yet, so I ordered a snack and ate all the way. But after ten minutes, there was still no sign of the class, so I immediately contacted the staff to ask, and the staff replied that the class was on the other side of the venue. Why did they take us to the restaurant area at the beginning? When we finished the clay handicraft, the instructor put our clay dolls aside to dry, and then we touched the animals. After touching the animals, I took my children to play outside. When we left, we took the clay figurines and found that they had been destroyed. I immediately notified the staff to ask why, but the staff told me that no one wanted to make the clay figurines, so they had to put them aside. There was no notification to take them back. I asked the staff if they could give us another set of materials so that we could make them again at home, but they refused. There will never be a next time, everyone be careful!
