The wonderful trip to Hong Kong was perfect from ticket purchase to ticket collection to the entire journey itself, with excellent planning. The Victoria Harbour experience, in particular, was unforgettable.

Before, I always foolishly bought one-way Airport Express tickets when I came to Hong Kong. Only after using FunPass did I realize it includes round-trip Airport Express fares! Plus, there are so many other attractions to choose from, it really saved me a ton of money! 🤩

I bought the tickets for my parents, but after switching phones, the app showed they were already linked. I contacted customer service, and they quickly unlinked them and I could re-link them to my new phone! Plus, the original tickets and showtimes were still there, so I didn't have to do it all over again. Customer service was incredibly efficient! 👍
