Classic one-day tour of Shodoshima｜Shodoshima Olive Park & ​​Kankakei Gorge & Twenty-Four Eyes Movie Studio & Choshikei Monkey Park

The itinerary was concise and we went to all the places we were supposed to go. The tour guide only spoke Japanese and seemed to give a lot of information on the tour bus. He also acted and sang, but unfortunately I couldn't understand Japanese. Recommended for those who don't want to travel long distances when visiting Shodoshima without accommodation or car rental!

I originally wanted to rent a car in Shodoshima, but I found this itinerary to be more cost-effective. Although I didn't really want to see monkeys, and there wasn't much to see in Kankakei because it was the wrong season, it was still a rich itinerary. The car is very clean, the seats are spacious and comfortable, the driver and tour guide are very polite and have a good work attitude. (Although everything is in Japanese, there are brochures with Chinese explanations.) When you get off the bus, there will also be a sign reminding you of the time you got on the bus, so you don't have to worry about not understanding Japanese. It’s just a pity that when we set out from Takamatsu Port, we saw that the low tide time of Angel Road was 18:00, so we didn’t choose to get off early at the end of the trip. As a result, when the car drove past and saw Angel Road, we had to take a taxi from Tonosho Port (¥950) to go there. After the visit, we couldn’t get a taxi, so we had to walk back to Tonosho Port, which took about half an hour😓 So it would be great if this itinerary could include Angel Road!

Although the guide on the bus is in Japanese, the guide's introduction not only shows local songs but also reads articles related to Shodoshima, which gives us a different feeling. If you have any questions, the guide will also answer them! At each attraction, when getting off the bus, the tour guide will hold a board with the meeting time written on it to ensure that everyone can see it! By taking this tour, you don’t need to check the bus schedule or spend time arranging your itinerary. It is very convenient for independent travelers! You can have lunch at Hanxia Creek and get extra gifts: olive leaf lucky card and postcard

We went around Shodoshima and visited the must-visit sights. The tour guide was very nice and the homemade mascot was very impressive. It was so cute. Unfortunately, it is a holiday, so every attraction has a lot of people.
