[Vietnam Travel] Entry and Exit VIP Express Customs Clearance Service at Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport (HAN)

I used it for the first time on a return flight via Korean Air KE453 (arrived around 10pm). They were waiting right in front of the moving walkway at the immigration area with my name on it. However, it wasn't that crowded at that time, so it didn't dramatically shorten the time, but it might be useful for those arriving on a busy day or during a busy time.

When we were going through customs, there were a lot of people holding badges. I looked around but didn't see my husband and my name, so I almost walked out to the customs. I didn't give up and came back to look again. I found the person who took us and took us directly to the fast lane and we passed customs very quickly. However, my luggage was taken very slowly and it took almost the same time as those who were in line. It depends on whether everyone thinks we need to queue through customs! !

There is a dedicated person to guide you. After you find your name, the process is super fast and it takes less than 3 minutes to pass the customs.

I used the fast track for the first time because I thought it would be crowded at the end of the month, on the weekend, and on a night flight. I received a message from the person in charge on the day, and when I headed to the airport, I had a little trouble finding the meeting place, but after we met, everything went smoothly and it was over in about 15 minutes. I was using my carrier's unlimited overseas plan, so I contacted them on the day by SMS, which meant I had to pay for sending the messages, but I thought that if you use WhatsApp, it might be less of a hassle to communicate using that. I plan to use it again when I have a night flight in the future.

When traveling, we hope it will be convenient and fast. This customs clearance service fully meets this need and I will use it every time I enter Hanoi.
