Today, after boarding the plane and sitting down for another 10 minutes, we were delayed by a little over an hour. As soon as the plane landed, I checked my phone and received a message informing me that my flight was delayed. The service staff were aware of this and informed me which gate in the new terminal my flight was parked at, how to take the MRT to the main terminal, and then to the meeting point to meet with the reception staff, go through customs, and collect my luggage. Everything was explained clearly, making my family and I's trip smooth and quick. Such excellent service is why I use their services multiple times every year when I go to Thailand.

Because the last document check took too long and resulted in a final call, I specifically purchased the express pass. With express pass, there's practically no one around, so I can't really explore Bangkok Airport properly. No queues for security checks or document verification – the service is excellent.

A friend told us to buy this service and go through the fast lane directly to immigration. Remember to use it after you have checked your luggage. It takes less than ten minutes. If I had known, I would have walked around outside for a longer time before going through immigration. 🤣 Next time I go, I should buy it together with immigration! !!!
