I purchased it a day before departure. The customer service of the merchant was fast and perfect. All messages were confirmed within one to two hours and a Qrcode was provided. It was great.

At first I was afraid of having to attach my passport, but in the end I became paranoid. The Internet is very smooth to use in Bali.
