I ordered a sim card to be picked up in HK, first it didn’t say where I should pick it up when I ordered it, so I didn’t expect it to be in Kwun Tong, which is really far from the airport. very inconvenient. I arrived the shop and the female staff said they needed to wait for another staff to come retrieve the card for me. Initially the female staff asked me to wait for 10 minutes. I waited 40+ minutes but still could not get my card. I politely asked if the staff could speed up and help me find a solution to get the card, but the female staff (on duty from 11am to 12pm on 13 October 2023) was extremely unhelpful and had very bad attitude and keeps telling me she’s not responsible and I should just wait, without telling me how long I have to wait. My order was already approved and confirmed a day ago and should be available for pick up today. Very bad trip. Will not order again.
