I am delighted to report the excellent private transfer service from Sapporo to New Chitose that I experienced yesterday. Starting from the arrangement til picked up by the driver was seamless and without any issues. Most importantly ,the driver was both friendly and accommodating. His impressive driving skills ensured that my family and I felt safe and secure throughout the trip. Great job!

The driver arrived 30 minutes early before appointment time. He was well dressed, polite and drove safely. He also helped with the luggage and asked if the AC temperature was comfortable for us. The Alphard van was clean and comfortable. It was easy booking with Hokkaido Expert Travel and they followed up after the service was completed.

The driver Suda san was punctual, waiting with a sign with my name, helped with the luggage, drove safely and was polite. He spoke good English too. It was easy communicating with the vendor for all the arrangements.

Although driver is not the best in English but the organiser have already informed them about all the details. On time pick up and driver will also assist you in your luggage. Do take note that midnight transfer will be required to pay additional through a link that the organiser sends too! Overall great experience !!!
