Same-day Luggage Delivery Service｜Hotels within Osaka / Kyoto To and From Kansai International Airport (KIX)

This is one of the best decision that I've made for the trip. Instead of bringing my own luggages around, which is so difficult when I have kids, hiring Airporter is definitely the best decision ever. Also this service is super convenient. I just need to leave my luggages with the receptionist by 9am and upload the photos and someone will collect and I will get an email. Then another email when my lugagges reaches the hotel.

The luggage were delivered well before time and staff agent always keep you updated of where your luggage status was - IE being picked up, already delivered with picture etc… but you need to book a bit in advance as they need to check their availability.

Booked the airporter to send 1 luggage and 1 box from our kyoto hotel back to osaka. totally fuss free. Just book it on the portal . Once the confirmation is done, they will ask for details like luggage pictures and also Hotel booking confirmation. left the luggage at 9am at hotel, it's was picked up at 11 plus and delivered to our osaka hotel at 3plus in the afternoon. All tracked and all good. Just remember to check to the pick up and drop off destination to ensure they got it all correct. will use this again next time.

This made my life so easy as a solo traveler. I was already nervous taking the train and then to lug 2 suitcases but I read on a chat about this service. Super easy, they keep you informed and replies in a timely manner.

Made a wrong day booking, contacted their CS (quite a multiple platform supported - I used WhatsApp) and they promptly replied with a resolution to top up the service with a fee for the last minute change.
