A very gentle chef takes care of us politely and makes sushi like art works! Every piece of sushi is fresh and tasteful! I asked more wasabi because I like strong flavor on the tip of my tongue! The miso soup is also another great part of tasting journey! I believe I will revisit here again in my next trip to Japan!
