Tokyo Disney Resort One-way transfer charter

Used this for several transfer trips across Tokyo, had a good experience so far. KKday always notified via message the day before and the drivers always arrived promptly. Drivers were all friendly and professional. Overall a very good experience using this.

7 passengers in a 9 seater van. Spacious, Comfortable, Nice, and Worth the price. We arranged for a picked up from Disney Celebration Hotel Discover to our next Hotel at Roppongi Tokyo a week ahead. Confirmation was immediate.They chat assigned driver & plate # details a day before pickup. We had to change details on the day of pickup due to hotel's scheduled maintenance day, our luggages will be transferred by hotel staff to Wish hotel (across Discover hotel) while we still have to go to DisneySea for the whole day. The chartered service from the chatbox has immediately responded and confirmed our request. Our van has a very large space for 3 large suitcases, 3 small checkin luggages, 2 child strollers and 2 backpacks and paperbags. Our driver Mr. Liu was able to drive us safely to our next hotel. We will definitelt book again for our next transfer.

Got a WhatsApp message more than 24hrs before scheduled pickup time. Details about the driver, car plate and car model was shared. Queries on confirmation of pickup location was answered promptly. The car was great, clean and comfortable. Driver drove safely, helped to carry the luggages and assisted until lift lobby. It was a peaceful and enjoyable ride.

Value for money for a big family. Driver was friendly and suggested earlier time to avoid the traffic jam and the crowd.
