[Jiufen Tea Hotel] New Taipei, Taiwan｜Haiyue Tower View Tea House｜Jiufen View Afternoon Tea Experience

This experience was amazing! My fiancé and I had a great time enjoying the tea while taking in the sunset. We were so glad that we had made this reservation beforehand because there was a mile-long line when we arrived.

Easy to find, just right opposite A-Mei Teahouse. The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. The view, was great as well. It is definitely a once in a lifetime view. Worth a try as it is not as busy as A-Mei Teahouse but the experience was very calming, relaxing and unique

The staff was very friendly and the view is high up. Since it was cloudy, we didn’t see much. It is just next to the famous Amei teahouse. We like the treats offered with the tea, especially black peanuts.

This is a nice choice for the Teahouse experience and seats have a great view of the area and famous amei Teahouse. We enjoyed the experience overall! We were hoping to also enjoy a meal here but they stop serving food by 7pm.

The experience was really great in Jiufen in general. Tasting that oolong tea was refreshing.

The snacks were nice…I wish the tea was a bit better considering Taiwan has so many top notch tea houses…the tea itself was just okay but worth the views if you can get sat outside where you’re shielded from the rain yet get a great view of the mountains & famous A-mei teahouse in the background. Perfect for daydreaming or a break from walking around the old street. Overall a great experience

A very pleasant experience. we went earlier than the booking timing but the teahouse still allows us to go in. very nice gesture from the teahouse

The view from the window, while sipping warm tea, was truly breathtaking. The staff were so friendly, and even though it was my first time in Taiwan, I was able to enjoy the food with both my mouth and eyes.

We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation time, but were still able to get a seat. The tea and snacks (especially the peanuts) were delicious. The customers who had been seated before us (reservations at 3:00 PM?) were asked to leave by the staff at 5:00 PM, so we think we only had about two hours of seating. We stayed from 4:00 PM to 5:20 PM. If you leave around 5:30 PM, the area below the restaurant isn't too crowded, so you should be able to get home relatively quickly. We also had no trouble catching the bus back to Taipei. The view was amazing, and it was a memorable experience.

It took me a while to find Haeryullou. It was raining heavily and there were a lot of people, I guess. The view of Jiufen at night from the second-floor terrace was breathtaking. The Oriental Beauty Tea is fragrant and delicious. I highly recommend it!
