Driver is nice, on time, and the service is very good

There's a hiccup about driver arrangement. Thankful that the second assigned driver Sun suggested us to take off earlier at 7am to avoid the traffic. Even Karuizawa is farther than most other attractions, we managed to have a good visit less than 10 hours and really enjoyed our day. Karuizawa is a very beautiful and relaxed place. Will like to visit again.

Driver 小田 is very caring and friendly. She arrived to pick us up on time and suggested us the return timing to avoid bad traffic. Though we didn’t have enough time to visit Oishi Park, she was ok to send us there to make a very quick visit. We really had a pleasant experience with her!

We have both elderly and young children in our group, so the private car made our Fuji day trip convenient and comfortable. We were able to customize our own day trip including Strawberry picking farm in Yamanashi, Oshi no Hakkai, Oishi park by Kawaguchiko lake, Lawson with Mt Fuji backdrop as well as made an extra stop at Starbucks Reserve at Meguro. The cost per pax is just similar to going on a group tour, but with our own custom route and comfort. I highly recommend it : )

Mr Yang the driver was very good. Take extra effort to bring my family to the nearby location to play some snow.
