Firstly we do not accept onsite booking like Japan. Need to book days ahead 1st before they can plan route. Mr Luggage is sharing counter with Pelican. no wonder i could not find initially. Luggages were delivered to Taipei hotel on same day if passed to counter before 4pm. There seemed to be some breakdown in communications between Pelican counters but resolved after clarifications a few days before the use.

This was undeniable helpful for us on our last day as it allowed us to continue exploring while waiting for our late flight without worrying about dragging our luggage around. The driver came at the time stated and took our luggage without any hassle. We were notified via email when the luggage were already sent to the airport and instructions to how and where to collect everything at the airport was clear. Will definitely use the service again and recommend it to anyone looking to still explore on their last day of travel without lugging their bags around!

I am traveling by myself and was looking for a service that can bring my luggage to the airport so that I will have the whole day free to roam around Taipei before checking in to my evening flight. Was able to book this service which afforded me the time to visit the National Palace Museum without worrying about returning to my hotel to get my luggage before heading to the airport. Got my bag at the airport right before checkin. It made moving around conveniently.

For those who have an early flight, it is very safe and convenient to have your luggage checked at the hotel on the same day, and you can easily arrange activities before checking into the hotel.

Arrived airport in early morning at 5:30am. Just drop off my luggages at the KKDAY counter in airport lobby then I am free to go to enjoy my day! My luggages has arrived to my Hotel in the same day afternoon before I check in. I will keep using this services in the future when I am travelling overseas if the services is available. Provider send an email reminder with the location 1 day before the actual delivery. It was easy to locate the counter. Just drop off, check the information, take a photo and ready to start your journey without the luggage.

It was a last minute decision to get this service of sending the luggage to the airport. I contacted them the evening before and they are very fast in responding and confirming the details for next day collection. Will definitely use theor services again to travel in style...😁
