It’s easy to buy tickets from KK Day. And the instructions to the ferry point, exchange for tickets, etc are clear. We just followed the instructions and had a pleasant trip across the sea to the island.

From booking to boarding it was an easy process. The ferry was an hour of very choppy water, but that isn't something the company can control, just come prepared with dramamine or some motion sickness help. The ferry ride back (we left at 2 PM) was smoother than the ride in the morning.

The tickets were easy to exchange at the counter. I had no problems. As long as you read and follow the directions that come with the tickets, I think it is pretty easy to use.

bike shop is just 2 minutes walk from jetty, contact owner through Taiwan mobile, take photos of bike front 、back、side and license,ride of with full tank and return just park and leave it,Top up 50NTD for 5hours ride.. thankyou.

There is a dedicated counter to collect the 2 way tickets at Fugang harbour with your passport and booking details. At Ludao harbour, just walk straight to the boarding platform and tickets checks will be conducted at the boarding gate.

Easy and smooth process. Just need to show up, show them your passport and the voucher and all done. Being at the port 1 hour earlier helps, but not necessary in my opinion Instructions to redeem the taxi credit is not working, I found it really hard to follow. Maybe because the taxi app is in chinese ( even i changed the language setting to English).
