4G SIM Card in Phu Quoc| Vietnam

Agent suggested to meet us at town instead of at airport. I insisted to meet at airport as i need Internet connection to order Grab ride. Agent agreed and waited us at the gate when we arrived. Fast process. Remember to communicate first before flying.

KK Day kindly sent our SIM card to our accommodation because our flight was delayed too much.

After placing the order, join the local business contact app, contact one day in advance, pick up the package at the appointed location, insert the new card and it can be used, the network speed is good!

This is the only option where you can pick up your order in Phu Quoc Island. After subscribing, you can make an appointment to pick up the goods in the city center, contact via WhatsApp, and have them delivered directly to the hotel for delivery. As soon as you put it into your phone, you can use it immediately, which is very convenient!

The service staff added me to WhatsApp in advance and waited at the airport lobby at the scheduled time. The direct delivery also told me how to use it. The speed of the network is fast and it is no problem to use!

Don't trust the local pick-up quality. They won't come with a pin for changing the sim card and there won't be a pick-up tag. If there is one, the name will be wrong. Please rely on your own luck.

We ordered 2 Sim cards to be picked up at Phu Quoc airport at 7pm local time, but there was no one showed up upon our arrival and no one picked up our call either. We then contacted KKday customer service for assistance and unfortunately the responses were just repeatedly telling us to wait (probably auto-generated reply). And after 5-7 times of chasing, we finally got the reply from the delivery person and received the Sim cards at our hotel 7pm the next day, which was not a very pleasent experience overall. In fact, we would like to say a big thank you to the rival company Klook personnel (Kim Quanh) as she proactively offered us first help at the airport (via phone call) and contacted KKDAY to follow up, which was highly appreciated!
