Very good and accommodating

We actually requested a bigger car since we exceeded the maximum capacity in the KKDay listing, so we paid a bit more (including the surcharge) which were negotiated by KKDay chat. We were taken home in a smooth ride with sir Jeffrey and a bit of confusion with the Skyway toll aside (this is inclusive, as specified in the listing!) it was very much what we needed after a red eye flight. They were available on peak days like December 31 or December 23 so we picked them.

Jeff was our assigned driver and he arrived very early at our house. He also messaged me of his arrival and was very courteous. A good driver and service was excellent as well!

It was my first time in Manila and my first solo trip, and I used this as a means of transportation from the city to the airport. Even though I made the reservation just two days before the date of use, I was able to use the service with peace of mind, as they responded quickly and courteously through the in-app chat. I used the service alone, but they arranged for a car that could fit about eight people (🤣) and the interior of the car was clean and comfortable.

The message reply speed is very fast, and they will arrive at the location before the scheduled time. It is very efficient. The car can be booked two days in advance.

Before picking up the car, the customer service will use WhatsApp to inform the driver where he will be waiting. The car is clean and comfortable, and the driver provides good service.

The WiFi at the airport is not good, and the installation is slow and stuck. Pay attention to your needs.
