Very good service! The driver was excellent and ensured we reached our destination safely. The road is a bit challenging, also make sure to prepare by bringing food, water, and medicine.

Tour guide was friendly and knowledgable about the area. We made many stops along the way and he made sure that we had enough food to not get hungry during the long road trip. The place was cold and serene. Unfortunately it was raining when we went to the Jianqing Huaigu Trail which made it a little difficult to trek, but overall a fun and enjoyable tour.

We opted for a chartered experience and it was the best choice we ever made! having the luxury of your own vehicle is superb! We are 5 people in a group therefore the van was really spacious for us. The driver was 15min ahead of schedule and was already waiting for us at our hotel. The good thing with having a chartered car is that you get to take hold of your time and the places you want to visit without having to think of navigating or commute. The whole journey was a rest and the driver was very kind to take pictures of us. He was very friendly and accommodating. I will surely opt for this kind of tour when I go back to Taiwan!!

Martin was our tour guide. He is so nice. It's my second time in Taiwan and I've been to many tours but Martin is one of the nicest tour guides I've ever had. The tourist location is also beautiful and worth the trip and money.

Dr. Meow was our tour guide. We were delayed because of a landslide but he did his best to still get us to all of the locations even if that meant he would go home late. He drove very cautiously and smoothly up and down the mountain. One person did get car sick but he wasn’t frustrated with them. He was patient with all of us. He explained everything to us greatly in English and in Chinese. He made sure to tell us the important points so we wouldn’t have to spend more time out in the weather than necessary! Thank you so much Dr.Meow!

We were assigned driver Peggy. She was punctual and helpful throughout the trip. She is familiar with the route to & fro too. We are satisfied and happy with the tour.

Mr. Wei our driver was so kind and friendly. He took lots of nice pics for us and took care of us really well. At first I thought the time for each stop would be too short, but actually we had enough time to appreciate the Taipingchan ourselves. Thank you so much from Thailand :)

Very very friendly and polite tour guide. The tour guide giving us a lot of information around the town nearby even before we reach our destination. Although there are some incident in between, but the guide remains very polite and manage to solve the problem.
