A wonderful place, a must go day trip

I had such a wonderful time sightseeing in the spring! The flowers were gorgeous, especially the huge wisteria trellis—it's absolutely breathtaking! The ticket price is a bit higher during peak season, but it's definitely worth it. Plus, if you use the KKday app, you can save 100 yen! I completely recommend visiting this flower park, you won't be disappointed!

Popular during wisteria blooming season - was a little early for peak bloom but still nice to wander round. Parking was free. I guess the entrance fee covers that.

This place is a must-visit attraction in Tochigi prefecture. I went here last week during the winter illumination season, and it was truly magical. They have a wide selection of souvenir items, plus great food selections as well. Ashikaga flower park is also best visited during the wisteria season (Mid April to Mid May) aside from the winter illumination (November to February)

First time spending Christmas season in Japan and we chose to enjoy the Illumination at Ashikaga Flower Park. The displays are really splendid!

Good venue to bring family and children around. Weather is slightly cold so phototaking may be a challenge. Venue is relatively big to spend an hour or so in there.
