It’s the first time I booked a trip on KKday! It was a good experience I would say. It was my first time to Bintan and first time to go overseas after covid, so thank you KKday customer service for the responsive and helpful replies to clear my doubts. Redemption of ferry boarding passes and check in hotel was smooth. Luckily it was a sunny day on our day trip to blue lake and mini desert, our photos turned out beautiful. Our tour guide, Taufik was nice too! As for the stay at Natra, 2 adults and 2 children can comfortably fit in the room with a double bed and 2 extra beds. Treasure bay was the main attraction for activities but we could barely do anything due to rainy weather during our stay. It would be good if they had more indoor activities within the resort and places of interest to replace blue lake and mini desert in case raining. Choice of food was limited, only one restaurant.

We were replaced with stay at Anmon instead of Natra as it was fully booked. KKdays replaced us with additional activities including Kayaking, Firefly tour, archery etc. We had a fantastic stay in Bintan. Thank you KKDAYS

We booked the Natra Bintan package with KKdays but it was sold out. KKdays replaced us with stay at Anmon and we had a terrific vacation at Bintan. In addition to the stay, KKdays provided us with Firefly tour, cycling, kayaking and archery sessions. Overall we enjoyed our holidays. Thank you KKDAYS.

How good is this local tour? It turns out that it is better to sign in online than to sign in on arrival. It is quick to meet people and not too busy. I would have known I had signed online. When I checked in at the pier, someone told me that I was not good at bag drop. I was stupid because the bag was so heavy and it was difficult to lift up such a thin and tall X-ray machine. On the way back to Li, we entered the gate and went through customs to drop off our luggage. Economy class is ok, just like turbo jet, it only takes 1 hour to arrive. Although there is no view of the Singapore pier, if you arrive early, you can sit with your friends. As for Bintan Island Pier, you really have to arrive early because there are many people queuing up and it opens on time, and you can buy wild food souvenirs and sit down at the coffee shop at the shop. The hotel is so beautiful. There is a treasure bay where guests can come and go as they please (other people have to pay more than $, water sports facilities are charged separately) and there is also a restaurant. The only bad thing about the hotel is the toilet and outdoor. When it rains and the sun comes out, it's hot and there are a lot of mosquitoes. But I can call buckles to take you to the resort and isolate Amon (actually, it works in the past, although it is different from the group). I am most happy because I upgraded to the pool view room. When we go out, we go to the treasure bay ~ blue lake and sand dunes are so beautiful. The tour guide Rudy was very helpful in helping me take photos and took me to the Lagoi Bay area (although there were some shops in the sun~) The last massage was very comfortable, but 60 minutes was too short~
