We had an incredible tour of Sabah with an exceptional tour guide, M. His extensive knowledge of Sabah's history, culture, and natural wonders was impressive. He expertly narrated the stories behind each destination, bringing them to life with engaging storytelling. We learned about the indigenous ethic groups, from the Dusun to the Bajau, which added to the experience. The itinerary allowed us to explore diverse landscapes, including the lush rainforests of KK national park and its breathtaking canopy walk. M ensured we didn't miss hidden gems off the beaten path. He also took photos of our adventure, going the extra mile. M's warm and friendly nature created a comfortable and inclusive atmosphere. Great car, very responsive customer service and helpful tour guide. Tour was good but note the road trip going uphill is very bumpy and long and may not be most comfortable for young children.

Malay driver Piee can't speak English even I requested Chinese or English speaking driver in the booking form.  He is smart to get tour guide Mr Cheung's help to communicate with us the itineary and meeting time for each location I have selected to visit. Mr.  Cheung is very professional and requested us to follow him in the National Park walk. He gave educational and informative details during the walk.  Highly recommend to hire a tour guide for national park tour

The driver car no 8819 is very courteous and friendly especially the care he show to the elderly and kids. He is a careful driver avoiding pothole if possible and slow down during the rain. Will recommend this service.

Very comfort experience for booking personal driver. Driver is very polite and patient. He also give advise for many places to go as a preference. But due to bad weather, we miss a lot of attractions but it is a good experience though.

Sharing my true experiences. There are some unforeseen happen during the trip which incurred safety concern (as i'm travelling with my 5yo). These did gave us a not-so-happy moment. BUT the great part is, it was being amended and handled well after i raise my concern to KKday team as well as the tour-company. The driver was being replaced by Alex and he is a well-mannered man with often shared his knowledge about the places and etc. i am happy and satisfied with his guide and will definitely recommended this to other. I would have gave a 5 stars rating if the earlier unhappy moment did not happen. but overall, its a great trip.
