A bit crowded but fast and easy

We bought the Skybus ticket via kkday before the start of our trip. Kkday offered discount and was cheaper than buying on spot at the Skybus ticket booth. The e-ticket contains QR codes which were scanned by the staff before getting on the bus. It was convenient and very easy to use. The Skybus only took around 30mins from Melbourne airport to Melbourne city centre and stoped at Southern Cross Station. We had enjoyed our ride and would definitely buy this bus ticket again if we travel to Melbourne in the near future!
