Excellent food quality but service need to improved. My dad order the New Zealand sirloin with medium well cook. It was cooked as rare when arrived. I asked the server to change it and was given an explanation which rare and medium well cook has not much different. Maybe be you should make that call for me cause I have no mood to argue with him .

Good service. There are not many customers on the day. Staff members proactively offered thoughful support the senior members in my family. Food varieties may increase. The hotel is not close to MTR station. It would be good if a clear direction guide for the shortest path can be shown on their webpage.

Semi dinner buffet with unlimited fresh French and US oysters ,crab legs, wine and juice under $370 is definitely justified. Most important is good quality food and good service. Unexpected Häagen-Dazs and Movenpic ice cream. Good atmosphere and relaxing .

The food is good. You can have oysters, red and white wine, beer, juice, and soda. However, the refill speed is not very fast and there is no refill after the middle of the sushi. The air conditioning is not enough. I hope the temperature in the room can be adjusted.
