New York 2-Day Tour: Niagara Falls, The Maid of the Mist & Outlet

The tour guide is good, but the drive is about 10 hours... The scenery in Canada is good, but only the night scenery is left in winter, which is a pity 😅 Don't look forward to the outlet, because there is no time to go shopping

Wonderful experience! If the rating allows 4.5 stars, we would rate for 4.5. Our tour guide is knowledgeable and he is caring for everyone. The itinerary is well-deigned, not too packed. Wish we can spend more time in Canada and look at the Niagara Falls more closely. The only minor point is the WiFi signal on the bus is not strong and not stable.

All the pre-departure instructions were very clear, and it was easy to find the meeting point. There were many buses with different itineraries when we gathered. We were assigned to a 15-passenger minibus. The journey was very smooth. The tour guide Judy was fluent in Chinese and English and was very considerate. There were foreigners on the bus. My elders were very worried about going to the restroom. We stopped at 2-3 places on the way. The restaurants and restrooms were very convenient. In addition to the great accommodation, Niagara Falls is really a world-famous view. It was very shocking. It is really worth visiting once in a lifetime.

The itinerary is very fulfilling. You will first see three waterfalls from the American side, and then go to the Canadian side to enjoy the waterfalls from another angle. Taiwanese can directly cross the border (via bus) to the Canadian customs with their passports and stay in a Canadian hotel, which is like a small Las Vegas with dazzling entertainment projects, restaurants and souvenir shops. The tour guide will check you in at about 6 or 7 pm on the first day. After that, you can have free time to explore the Canadian side (you can walk 20 minutes to the waterfall). There will be beautiful lights and fireworks shows at night. After taking the Maid of the Mist the next day Return to New York (stop at an outlet for everyone to go shopping and eat). The overall itinerary is a bit rushed (meal time is about 40-50 minutes, and each attraction takes about 30-50 minutes), but there is a lot of free time after the evening of the first day, and you can also go see the waterfalls by yourself, so Very ok. Apart from the fact that the bus seats are very uncomfortable (and the journey lasts about 6-8 hours a day), overall I highly recommend this trip.

We were fortunate enough to meet a good tour guide, Bryne, who organized the whole trip in a very organized manner. It's not too rushed, and the experience is also very good. The accommodation was very comfortable and there were plenty of options for lunch. We might go again in the summer.

He only informed the group members of the gathering time and then disappeared. He was the most unprofessional tour guide I have ever encountered. Except for the tour guide, the tour bus arranged in the itinerary is quite comfortable. The hotel is on the Canadian side and the room is very comfortable. The weather during the stay was very good and the scenery was very beautiful. It was really great to have the opportunity to see the scenery on the American side and the Canadian side. Unfortunately, due to the long distance, the stop time at other places was too short.
