This year, I spent 5 days and 4 nights in Boracay Island. I tried several massage parlors recommended online or in-room foot massage services at hotels, but I was not satisfied with them all. There were obviously many aches and pains in my body, but none of them were touched, or they were treated lightly and perfunctorily. With anticipation and fear of being hurt (making an appointment at Mandala), from the moment I arrived at the gate of Mandala, Mandala provided a welcoming ceremony, which made my body and mind feel happy. From welcoming guests, serving warm and delicious ginger tea (a different flavor from Taiwan), filling in information, explaining the general process of the spa, taking a shower, changing clothes in the salon, (and also helping to take photos), the two spa staff guided us Head to thatched cottage 🛖. Walking through the secluded forest trails, one-on-one foot soaking, exfoliation, aromatherapy (whole room), and massage, all the five senses are relaxed. I loved the traditional Filipino massage I chose. Experience the treatments of cupping, muscle stretching, and bamboo tapping on the soles of your feet. The masseuse's technique is very good. When adjusting the posture, he is gentle but the pressure is very impressive (I can react immediately). The sore points are finally relieved here. Hilot Trilogy does not only involve deep oil pressure during the entire course of treatment, but also includes ancient cupping, stretching of tendons, and then covering with hot leaves. (Because two flowers will be placed on the eyes during the entire treatment, I can’t take a closer look. Next time I visit Boracay Island, I will definitely choose Mandala’s other SPA options.
