Hualien 1-day Tour: Liyu Lake, Guangfu Sugar Factory, Shitiping, Tropic of Cancer, Taroko National Park & Qingshui Cliff | Departure/Pickup & Drop-off from Hualien City Area | Taiwan

Taroko park was closed and the itinerary was changed to tour around the east coast of hualien. the scenery is really beautiful and the tour guide mr zhang provided detailed explanation and helped to take super nice photos.

Mr. Liu is very nice and professional and will introduce us to the characteristics of Hualien and some of its past history.

We were greeted by Hualien’s most handsome tour guide Mr. Wang Wang Fatt who is super knowledgeable about all things Hualien + very charming and a funny gentleman. Though its a totally different itinerary due to the recent earthquake, the new plan was still full of surprises and fun. Tip top service, we felt safe throughout this trip and very satisfied. Look forward to coming back tho for Taroko next time, hopefully with Wang Wang Fatt again 😆 Stay strong Hualien!

We visited 7 attractions in one day, and we had enough time to visit each attraction, so we were not rushed. However, I suggest not to pack lunch (not worth it), and I think it is more worthwhile to eat at a convenience store outside...

All ok only that I personally would swop Qixingtan for Burrow Bay

The tour guide this time was led by Teacher Dai, who originally spent a lot of energy.

Driver was punctual for pick up at hotel and friendly although there was no tour guide available on the day of my tour due to last minute changes. Tour was great and the driver cum guide gave us ample time to explore at the various locations.

Great sceneries, great tour guide/driver. Door to door pick-up and drop-off. Great value for money.

We were lucky it was a less busy day so got to see more things. The guide took full advantage and showed us more and the driver made it happen being punctual to make sure no time was wasted.

Very easy to explore the highlights of Taroko Gorge with this tour than if I’d have done it alone myself. Driver drove us around and stopped for free and easy for an amount of time. managed to cover about 7 places.
