Redeem at Tokyo station and used at Kawaguchi ko, bus go Fuji Q theme park. We took a bus from Kawaguchiko to our hotel, MyStay Mt Fuji Onsen Hotel. Also went to Gotemba outlet which is 1hr30mins ride.

If you want to collect your ticket at Atami Station, you have to go to the Shinkansen window inside the station (pass the ticket validation machine) and go to the left-hand counter on the second floor at the innermost JR station, not the JR counter on the outside.
