Japan Tobu Railway Nikko Pass e-Ticket

The nikko e-pass is easy to activate and easy tp use. Just show the station personel and they will let you in.

This pass was a lifesaver! When we ran out of tickets for the limited express train and group tour, I quickly found this pass on KKday and booked it the same day. To maximize your time, I recommend using the pass on a weekday and leave tokyo at 5am. Start your day at the lake and falls, then head back to visit the shrine before its 5 PM closure.

I recommend this package, it is very convenient to redeem. When I arrived at the station, I informed the station attendant at the window that it only took 3 minutes to enter the station. It didn't take any time to queue up. ✨🥂

Even though I only used it for a day (to go to edomura) and had to top up additional for limited express romance car and bus ticket, it is still cheaper than buying the train ticket alone. So if you are staying in Nikko area for more than a day, it is definitely even more worth it. It is easy to redeem and the queue is pretty short (shorter than hakone or jr pass redemption). Note that you can request for booking for limited express train at the same place where you redeem the pass. As for bus to edomura, you can book it on the same day at kinogawa onsen station. You can also use the pass for discounted edomura ticket. Remember to compare prices before purchase. I compared kkday and klook for the same pass and it happened to be cheaper on kkday. There are not many places to go to Nikko and Oku-Nikko, and there are boats and flights available.

The pass is value for money. Worth it to travel around Nikko.

Many things to see. It's a pity we didn't have more time to explore it even more
