Driver is early at pick-up point. He is polite and helpful. Worth it when traveling in a family and helps to reduce the hassle of going to airport lots of luggage.

The trip was okay and fun.

We had so much fun during this trip because we enjoyed seeing Mt Fuji in different areas. And what amazed us was that the places has no to few people at all so we got to see Mt Fuji in its glory! The drivers were also kind and patient to us so we enjoyed our time without any rush.

The driver arrived at least 15 minutes earlier at our place. I was happy to talk to him in Mandarin, made our communication more efficient. We started with some planning on the route. He suggested we change one of the location to a nearer one to save on travel time and to avoid incurring overtime. The driver was professional and courteous. Our journey to Mt Fuji turned out to be a day in the snow. Mt Fuji was nowhere in sight. But we had a wonderful time walking in the snow. A pleasant surprise to us from the tropic. Highly recommended.

I want to commend our driver, Eric, for his exceptional service. Not only was he very accommodating throughout our journey, but he also went above and beyond when he realised I had left something in the car. Without hesitation, Eric made his way back to the hotel to return it to me, unconditionally. His honesty and dedication to customer satisfaction truly impressed me. Moreover, I appreciated the proactive approach of the staff, who called me a day before our tour to warn me of adverse weather conditions and suggested postponing the tour for a better experience. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a positive experience for their customers is commendable.
