February 18th: Early Spring Menu begins Edomae hand-made soba and seasonal dishes. Enjoy the adult soba drinking style. Our restaurant serves traditional Edomae soba, which developed during the Edo period. The thick dipping sauce has a sweet and spicy taste based on kelp and bonito stock. The tempura is unique in that it is eaten dipped in the dipping sauce, not in tempura sauce. Please enjoy the Edo atmosphere along with dishes made with seasonal ingredients.
