Driver information was provided a day prior to the pick-up service. On the day of pick-up, even though the flight landed earlier and clearance of immigration was very smooth, the driver was already waiting for us. He is extremely helpful and drive to hotel was very safe and smooth. Overall a very good experience. Strongly recommended for efficient and hassle-free airport transfer in Tokyo.

Operator communicated driver details via LINE apps the night before early pick-up service from hotel to Narita Airport. Driver was already waiting 10 minutes at hotel lobby prior to scheduled pick up time. Vehicle is a van which can sit around 7 pax. Driver is very helpful with loading and unloading the luggage. Van is clean and it was a safe and quick ride from downtown Tokyo hotel to Narita Airport in slightly less than an hour. Would recommend this pick up service.

Though the flight has arrived 45mins earlier, driver was already at the pick-up point, which was surprising given that we took less than 30min to clear immigration and customs. Driver is helpful with loading the luggage and making sure we are comfortable. Car is spacious and clean. Ride is very smooth and we arrived into hotel in no time. Strongly recommended and I will use the company for my airport transfer in Tokyo again.
