Driver turns up on time, no hassle ride, arrived safely

Driver was right on time despite heavy rain in the early morning and had a sign with my name displayed on it. Ride was smooth and comfortable all the way to the airport. Although flagging down a taxi in Fukuoka would have cost much less but note that it is not easy to get a cab before 7am in and especially when weather is bad. So it was worth the extra cost. Also note that they only accept bookings 4 days in advance and no last minute bookings. This was the most reasonable cost for chartered airport transfer from city to airport and highly recommended if you are travelling in a group and/or with many luggages. The cheapest and faster option is still the subway that goes directly to domestic terminal.

We got a normal sedan taxi instead of the one in the picture, which was clean and spacious. The truck was spacious and could carry all 3 of our check in luggage. Our driver, Mr Nakamura was early, and was already waiting for us at our hotel lobby in the morning. Overall, well worth the price especially for families rather than taking the airport train.

Our driver arrived 15 minutes before the meeting time. We were already waiting at the hotel lobby so was able to leave right away. He helped us with our bags and had a pleasant demeanor. It was a quick and comfortable ride to the airport.

my driver Mr Takahiro was very prompt to pick us up at the airport. although our luggage were heavy, he was able to help us with the loading and unloading. the company was also very professional. they email you the day before with the details so it makes it very easy for us to identify the car and driver on the departure day. we will definitely use this service again when we return to Japan!
