Get to visit Kamokochi and Tateyama snow wall, the cost is about the same as traveling there by myself. It is worth the money and Xiao Xin is a very good tour guide with attention to details. highly recommended!

It is definitely a worthwhile trip. The sceneries were totally magnificent! The tour guide had everything all well planned. He was experienced, sincere and took care of the group at his best. However, the hotel was we heard was changed last minute was terrible and old. I felt we were so shortchanged for the hotel because what was stated in the booking order is so much better.

Thank you to our tour guide Ashley for the comprehensive guide for the day. When changing transportation, we were perfectly able to be in the first group going up the mountain as much as possible, so we didn’t have to squeeze with others when taking pictures of the big snow wall! When I needed help in the room at night, the tour guide was very helpful and handled it immediately. Thank you💗

Honestly the trip was tiring because the first day left at 7am and the next day at 6am! The trip gives 90 points, after all, the drive is very long, point and point to at least 2 hours drive! The company 100 points, most of the group size on the same day the same price, but this has a child charge, under 6 years old and most of the Japanese regulations do not charge, that dinner and up the mountain fares do not need to pay, more conscientious than other companies! Leader Ashley 120 points, Hong Kong people mainly communicate in English and Mandarin because the group has other nationalities. There are dense notes written in the notebook, explained carefully! The point is that this tour was on the actual third day of the mountain, the leader arranged to leave early to avoid the crowds, most of the traffic when going up the hill had seats and looseness, leaving up the hill was sardines! God is good, there are not many people who can take beautiful photos! The team leader's arrangement should be credited! Accommodation 90 points, in terms of hotels in the ski resort area, the buffet dinner is definitely good, tempura, instant pan-fried steak lamb, curry, sashimi, sushi, a wide variety, no doubt about the taste! The room will be old d but the decoration is old European style so ok! The hotel lobby is also a warm style of heating with a stove in winter. There is also a hot spring where you can relax! Fatigue elimination artifact! Overall, it's stupid not to follow!

The tour leader Carter is a big plus. He is a person who enjoys traveling and living in the moment. The atmosphere he conveyed made my trip better. Don't introduce the scenic spots to others. He introduced Japanese music and culture. He also sang a song. He controlled the itinerary of Shan Ze in and out of Shan Ze very well, guiding us back and forth to different viewing modes. He helped the group members take photos at any time, and the photos taken by the artist were wonderful. Thank you very much for this journey, which allowed me to have my own unique experience. The journey is more perfect. Special mention, Hakuba Village Firwood Accommodation is great! The entire resort is full of ingenuity. I personally like the open-air bath very much. Taking a bath outdoors in the light rain feels so healing.

Tour guide Tan is very kind, speaks Chinese and English very well, is familiar with the itinerary, and manages the time well. He will always care about everyone's situation, and tells everyone to be on time. Although it rained on the first day in Kamikochi, the scenery was nice, I didn’t do any exercise, and the few mountain trails were easy. However, it rained too much in the afternoon, so I gave up and walked to the Myojin Pond Hotel in Hakuba. There is a hot spring♨️, which is suitable for finishing the walk. Let's relax after the mountain road. The hotel's buffets are all good. The next day, we were lucky to have good weather. The Tateyama Kurobe itinerary we participated in was a round trip from Ogizawa, which was very smooth. The tour guide Xiaojin was very responsible and experienced, and patiently explained the gathering time, etc. There are many good suggestions (such as: take time to take photos before returning, go to the snow wall as soon as possible, etc.), so our group avoided the super crowd of snow walls at noon👍🏻 If you are traveling with your parents or elders, it is highly recommended to join a group. Because you really have to take a lot of different transportations to get to Tateyama Kurobe, the tour guide provides guidance, management, and suggestions for transportation, food and accommodation, etc., so you will take a lot less unnecessary steps, and you don’t have to be stressed, so you can relax and enjoy the journey😎
