This day package comes with a big 10 seater van even we only have 4 pax. Comfortable and clean vehicle with a friendly driver. Though the driver is unable to communicate in English, he tried to use Google translate to reply to our questions. Overall, the tour is quite well plan by him. Price is a bit on the high side as compare if you book a driver there which cost around SGD115 for a 12 hours day tour. I suppose is due to this package actually cater up to 10 pax and that's why it comes with a big 10 seater van. Communication with KKday prior the tour is also very responsive.

Driver is responsible and soft spoken. He was a Malay and we can easily communicate with him. He picked us and drop us just in time without delay. The trip is well organized although it's sometime rain a bit. But overall the experience is good.

Although it is not easy to communicate with the driver in language, he is very nice and will remind you where to pick up the bus. He is very responsible. Generally speaking, we followed the itinerary, and there were a few more attractions that were not included in the itinerary. It is recommended that KKday include the place for lunch in the itinerary, because some attractions have markets and you can eat some local snacks.
