A rather rich day. It is recommended not to go on weekends because there are too many people. Grass fruits and taro balls are a must-eat! The tour guide talks a little fast but the nine-point map is quite useful.

The tour guide was friendly and patiently explain all the questions.

Even though it rained, the sites were beautiful and the tour guide super helpful, kind and informative. He spoke very good Japanese and had a great sense of humour. The meetup place is also comfortable, and although unlikely to happen, the tour company will so their beat to look for you. We were told funny stories, and interesting facts while we were in transit, and this elevated the overall experience at each site. Very satisfied and would recommend!!

I really enjoyed this tour. I'm from the USA originally but I live in Japan so the Japanese wasn't a problem and the tour guide was very kind and considerate to double check if I understood or needed anything. The weather was difficult, but it was still a perfect little night trip to enjoy to see some nice highlights and Jiufen and Shifen! This trip was very good! The tour guide was very kind and recommended places. I'm really thankful to you!

Recommended to book this tour as if you go by yourself, it might be more troublesome as train time might be long and also if it is raining, there is no transport

I highly recommend this tour. The tour is for Mandarin & Japanese though we understand only a little, the guide did her best to explain everything. The tour was exceptional, and our guide and driver were both outstanding. The guide was knowledgeable and engaging, providing us with insightful information about the place. She was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable experience. The efforts made by our guide and driver made it all the more special. I highly recommend this tour.I’m the only one who doesn’t speak Chinese & Japanese though I understand only a little, but the guide made sure I don’t feel left out from this trip, she keeps checking on me, got my request, and even gave me a birthday present 💕 Not sure if it would be possible but a lot better to leave like 1930H from Jiufen to enjoy some tea and look around to buy some souvenirs with no rush since we only got like 1hr and 30mins @ Jiufen 🥲. Everyone is so friendly, I am really amazed 🥺 , got good pictures @ Jiufen bec we arrived early compared to other groups which is a really good thing. Will definitely recommend esp to solo travelers 😍
