Jimmy explained a lot of Japanese history and culture in detail, and was very concerned about his customers. He also took the initiative to help take photos of Oji-san when I was traveling alone, and he was very responsible and conscientious. Manage your time well. Let me enjoy my trip to Karuizawa. 👍

I dont speak Chinese and my Japanese is limited but I joined this tour because I wanted to go to Karuizawa. Xiximi probably was surprised to have an english speaker in the group. But she was super awesome and took good care of me throughout the trip. She even shared snacks with me and made me feel welcome and at home to the group. Everything was well organized. Group was all responsible to follow instructions to come to the bus on time. Although I cannot understand Chinese, I can see that they were engaged with the story that Xiximi is telling. She is a good storyteller. And yes, Karuizawa is beautiful even if it’s almost winter with less red maple leaves. For the food, The roast beef RoaBee is really super good!

The trip started on time. The visit to the Shiraito waterfall and Kumoba pond was good. The time to visit the old Karuizawa and the outlet mall was too short. Wish to have given more time in these 2 places.

It was a rainy day with 100% rainfall when I opted for this trip but glad that the guide (Jiafeng) and driver were both very thoughtful, considerate and tried their best to customize and cater to the group's needs. Despite the rain, I enjoyed myself very much and will do such day trips out again.

The tour guide, Jia Jia, is a very friendly and helpful person. She make sure that all queries are being answered for, and will attend to assistance when required. She is able to give detailed introduction and provide recommendations to each sightseeing places. It is worth a visit to Karuizawa, however the itinerary is too tight due to the long hours distance to/fro Tokyo.
