The staff are very helpful. The check in and check out service is very convenient. The view is marvellous. You can see the symphony of lights at night. The meals are delicious. Tasty drinks and snacks are included.

The staff were friendly and patient in answering all my questions. I stayed in a sea-view room, which was simple but clean. There were two suitcases that could be laid out open in the hallway. The room had a beautiful view. There are restaurants, 7-Elevens, and Wellcome supermarkets nearby, making shopping very convenient. The tram is just a two-minute walk away, making it convenient to get to Central or other areas.

The staff had a good attitude and the food for the Christmas meal was of a high standard. The room has a full view of Victoria Harbor, beautiful!
