It was awesome experience. Redemption method was nothing but a swift. Polite staff, the food is sumptuous, wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Unfortunately the shower area is closed. I understand maybe because it is pandemic and they are short staffed. But above anything else, it was a relaxing and perfect stay in plaza premium lounge.

I was chasing a coupon for the airport lounge at HKIA because I had a really long stopover. Other sites didn't have anything available, and those that did only had them for late afternoon bookings. KKday was able to get me a 12 hour pass for a very reasonable price 😊

I went to the VIP lounge near Gate 1, where I could make an appointment for a shower when I checked in, which was very convenient. Although there are many users, it becomes comfortable after the peak hours. As others have said, it was hot in the lounge, which was a shame. The fish ball rice noodle is delicious.

There is always someone at the reception, so you can relax without worrying about suspicious people. There are sofa-type chair seats and dining table-type seats. Since I used it for 6 hours from midnight, I took a nap on the sofa-type chair for 5 hours. I moved to the dining table-type seat for the remaining hour and had a good breakfast. The brightness of the lights and the volume of the background music are the same all night long, so it might be a good idea to bring an eye mask or earplugs. The Hong Kong-style fishball noodles were delicious. Coffee, juices (orange, apple), snacks (porridge, noodles, bread, cereal) Japanese food is not available. Of course, you can make a reservation on the day, but it costs HK$860 for 5 hours, so it is definitely more economical to make a reservation in advance on kkday. It costs about ¥12,000 for 6 hours.
