Welcoming early autumn, Big Bay Café presents a Japanese-inspired buffet dinner, offering over forty tantalising classic Japanese dishes to bring diners a rich and colourful feast that celebrates the essence of Japan. After enjoying a variety of cold dishes and appetisers, diners can relish the diverse array of Japanese delicacies. Standout offerings from Mondays to Thursdays include Wagyu Beef Tongue, Hida Beef Sukiyaki, Japanese Unadon, and Hamayaki Scallop, providing guests with an authentic taste of Japanese cuisine. On Fridays to Sundays and public holidays, the restaurant unveils a medley of surprise creations to captivate discerning palates. Highlights include Hida Beef (Each guest is entitled to a serving of Hida beef with the voucher), Japanese Wagyu Hamburger Steak, Hida Beef Sushi and more. The restaurant has introduced an array of premium aromatic Japanese sakes for all sake-loving guests. These sakes can be paired with the food to complement the natural flavours of the ingredients. Guests can enjoy free-flowing Japanese sake to elevate their dining experience from 16 Sep to 15 Oct during the dinner buffet on Fridays to Sundays and public holidays.
