It was a very good and comfortable experience for our family group. Driver Tamm is very nice and guided us to the animal spots we are interested. The agency company contacted us prior 1 day before and told us the info of driver. It is trustworthy and safe.

our trip was made wonderful by our guide somchai. I had 2 young kids with me and somchai was so friendly with my kids. This helped make our trip so memorable. He toured us around the zoo and planned everything for us. I am so thankful for somchai.

It was a hot day but full filled experience with Mr A. He was always smiley n never failed to interact with all in the family including my kids. He knows the area well hence able to advise and fulfilled all the attractions my 2 young kids wanted to cover. Mr A was also caring and detailed to cajole our kids’ whining in between n got us best spots for family pics. Overall wonderful recommended experience.

Pre-trip: Love the details during the pre-event liaising (upon booking, a day before & actual day) to confirm pickup and drop off location via Gmap, very useful! Actual: Our driver - Ying Ying was 1hr early! She is really nice and helpful & very accommodating. Tho we couldn’t communicate well, basic English & Google translate was good enough☺️ Last but not least, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED place to see animals in close proximity - feeding giraffes was our highlight! Despite the heat (39deg then), we still enjoyed ourselves. Thing to note: Do arrive earlier for the shows to sit further from speakers. A little too loud & sharp for comfort. 😅

Driver was very thoughtful. Was on time and the drive in range in the car is really the best option! The weather was terribly hot and it was definitely much more enjoyable with a personal driver who is able to drive us around in the range. He was very professional and was able to plan well when we are in the Marine Park. Even offered to take photos of my family when we are doing the giraffe 🦒 feeding good tips for us when we took photos!

First time at the bangkok safari and it was such a fantastic experience! Our assigned driver - Mr Therdsak was SO WONDERFUL! He brought us around the place, an took us to all of the performances. He also took so many great photos for us, and very kindly bought us bottled iced water & wet towels when we mentioned that it is really hot. 10000% recommend this private tour with KKDay~~~
