easy and efficiency. Order before departure and pick up in the Thailand airport after a few hours but I don't know is there any deposit for the rabbit card. I paid 200 bhats but only has 100 bhats in the rabbit card.

Got a little lost looking for a place to get a card. Apparently it's written on the back, it's the kiosk that wraps the luggage on the right side of the ARL exit, after the pedestrian escalator. The end of the green sign if I'm not mistaken. Sorry no pictures

Really glad to have pre purchased the rabbit card beforehand. Pick up point exactly as per website instruction. Very convenient and easy to use, saving times from having to queue up at the station. Highly recommend to get one before your arrival in Bangkok

The card redemption at Don Mueng is easy, just couple mins walk from T1 to T2. Stall is located near Gate 9 and operate 24hrs. The card need to activate at BTS (any) station before use with passport.
